- The fee paid by you is for educational and informational services provided by Learn To Earn. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

*2. User Account and Withdrawal Rights*  

- All rights related to withdrawals and user accounts are exclusively reserved by the Learn To Earn team. Users must adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided.

*3. Legal Compliance*  

- Learn To Earn operates in full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. We do not engage in Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) or money laundering activities.

*4. Dispute Resolution*  

- Any complaints or disputes related to Learn To Earn will be addressed in the court of Nandura. Users agree to resolve any legal matters in this jurisdiction.

*5. Account Issue Resolution*  

- The Learn To Earn team is committed to resolving any account-related issues. We will make every effort to address your concerns to your satisfaction.

*6. Account Deactivation Policy*  

- Accounts associated with the Basic Plan, Standard Plan, and Premium Plan will be deactivated if no new plan user is introduced within 60 days. Users are required to maintain activity in their accounts to avoid deactivation.

*7. 5000 Plan Partnership*  

- Users who purchase the 5000 plan automatically become partners with Learn To Earn. In the event there are 5000 plan users, 50% of the net profit generated by Learn To Earn will be shared among all partners.
